If AFLETE is not working as expected on your device, please try the following:
- Make sure you are logged into AFLETE with the same address used when purchasing the guides/workouts.
- Close the app from your recent/background apps and re-launch it.
- Log out and log back into the app.
- Please ensure you are using the latest version of AFLETE.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.

If you have tried all the above steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact our customer support team, let us know the make and model of your device, the version of the operating system your device is using, which particular plan you are using as well as the email address you used to sign into AFLETE.
